Success is a matter of record for Morgan Baldwin. For the past 19 years, Morgan has worked his way from the ground level of grass roots politics to engineering some of the biggest upset victories in Mississippi history. 2006 has been no different, as Baldwin & Associates, Inc., worked with Judge David Chandler, Judge Donna Barnes and Judge Sharion Aycock in Mississippi while designing successful primary campaigns for Justice Champ Lyons and Justice Tom Woodall in Alabama.

Baldwin began his career with the Alabama Republican Party working in several Party positions, including Victory 88 and the Bush Quayle Campaign. Serving as Field Director for Governor Guy Hunt's reelection bid, Morgan helped win all of the central Alabama counties. Morgan moved to Mississippi in 1991 to manage an unknown State Senator's bid for Lt. Governor. Senator Eddie Briggs was running against 12-year incumbent Lt. Governor Brad Dye. In January of 1992, Eddie Briggs was sworn in as the first Republican Lt. Governor since Reconstruction.

In 1996, Baldwin was back in Alabama managing Jim Sullivan's bid for reelection as President of the Alabama Public Service Commission. Sullivan had just switched to the Republican Party and would face stiff primary opposition as well as general election opponents. Jim Sullivan went on to win reelection by a large margin, raising more money than any previous PSC candidate.

Baldwin & Associates, Inc. was formed in 2000, compiling an 85% success rate as a full service consulting firm.
